Should employees be trained in First Aid?

I believe a training in basic first aid would definitely help especially for the employees that are working in an hazardous environment.
It would definitely be nice to have that skill .

Basic first aids are given to injured and unconscious persons before getting or reaching a medical attention.
This includes CPR, applying pressure to reduce blood loss in wounds and so much more

There's no two ways to this because the employees are the major contributor to the development of the business.

The main issue is that there are many companies that do not care about employees because they know that they will be able to hire other people as they will be able to find people because unemployment is at its peak right now.
