Hourly pay and fixed monthly pay have their advantages and disadvantages. one of the major advantages of being paid on monthly basis is that you can easily plan your financial expenditure very well.

It will also make you to be very disciplined in terms of expenditures and other things. Being paid hourly also have advantages because you will work very hard in order to make good amount of money on daily basis.

Waiting for the month to end in order to receive your salary to me is not a good idea,that's why I don't have the mindset to work for the government I'd rather learn a skillset that will fetch me a considerable amount of money.

I believe that the salary is better because it gives one the laxity to earn even if you are not present in some working days.

Hourly is a lot better, as you get paid a lot quicker, usually every week or bi-weekly depending on the job. For me I am paid randomly, sometimes I get paid daily. For the most part it's not consistent on one day.

Fixed monthly salary is good option because from this way you can plan your whole month but in hourly fixed payment you did not get enough money to plan

I think I will prefer monthly salary to hourly salary because you tend to spend your money on things that are not reasonable when you get your money out early but you will spend it well when you get your money at the end of every month

With monthly salary, they would overwork you beyond capacity and still pay you the àgreed amount. That's because you don't have any option. But with hourly pay, if they decide to overwork you, they know they are going to pay for the extra hour. I prefer hourly work.
