Reduce your price. YAY or NAY?

I talked to someone who organises courses for people and he said he isn't getting much offers and he is considering reducing the price . I advised him to leave that offer, instead work on creating more offers to accommodate those who can't afford the offer , that way he makes more money without losing customers.cause obviously everybody can't afford to pay a particular amount.
What will be your advice?

If reducing the price won't affect his profit much ,and if the product is only affected by high price , then I think he should do so.

There are some services that get affected by economic situation of a place, so in such a situation, the better option would be to bring the price down if it will bring in more clients.

I'll prefer, nah don't reduce the price, improve the quality. But if the reduction in price won't affect quality then go for it
