Most business owners already sugar coat or even lie to their customers in order to win their hearts or even persuade them to buy from them. But I do tell them that there is no need for that. We can still win the hearts of our customers by telling them the truth. Even if the goods are of less quality. We should tell them the truth.

What customers also love is to have up-to-date products from you I.e not expired or about to expire. Apart from being transparent, make your customers your friends and be cool with them.
