Qualifications needed?

Are the qualifications needed to start a business or become a freelancer online? Maths and English are the basics you need, and any other qualifications will depend on the type of work you're planning to go into. I have the essential ones, and a couple of computing certificates too.

I don't really believe that you need educational qualifications before you can become a freelance and start working online. This is something that you can be able to do by acquiring the skills that is needed for you to work online successfully.

Take for instance working online as a graphic designer, this is something that you can learn and have the skill to render services to those who will need you to work for them. You don't need to go to school before you can become a graphic designer.
