To achieve profitability and maintainability in a business must:

1. Produce quality products
2. Operate efficiently and effectively

3. Be socially responsible and ethical

A business man has responsibilities towards its stakeholders. The stakeholders are groups with a stake in the success and outcomes of a business e.g. customers, employees, investors and government regulators etc. The society at large is also a stakeholder as it is also affected by the business. The businesses are concerned about the effect of the production and distribution of their products on environment.

i can guarantee that your social skills will help you a lot, i have seen a lot of people losing deals with different clients and customers just because they don't know how to talk with people , some of them are unfriendly and some don't even know how to convince people to sell them something
 
For a business to maintain profitability and maintenance, there are a lot of factors, the business must continue to deliver high quality services, also the business must keep evolving find ways to stay ahead, utilise digital marketing, work on costumer relationship and so on.
 
I think in profitable business you need many items. First of all you should be aware all skills related to your business. And you should be committed to your goals. Your abilities too count for your business profit. Many more things are necessary for your growth. But one thing is mandatory, that's your luck.
 
For a business to maintain profitability and maintenance, there are a lots of factors, you must continue to deliver a good service or quality, find a way to market a good services to your customers.
 
To achieve this two, maintainability and profitability , some things must be considered or some principles must be adhere to of which some of them are,:
Ensure proper management
Monitor employee
Prioritize customers satisfaction and ensure feedback is welcome from customer
Deliver quality services and product
And many more

And Maintainability is the measure of the ability of an item to be retained in or restored to a specified condition when maintenance is performed by personnel having specified skill levels using prescribed procedures and resources at each prescribed level of maintenance and repair. I think both go hand in hand. The main purpose for maintaining a business is to yield more profit and a good and profitable business should be maintained.

The profitability and maintainability of business should be focused on at large in order drive the business forward to actualize the demand of the customers. Stakeholders are entities that comes together have stake in a business initiative and claim their own stake when the business achieve success.
 
For the business to be profitable and sustainable you need to ensure that the core aspects of the business which are products and services are given utmost attention. Also customers relationship need to be developed and maintained by ensuring that they are given excellent customer service at all times.

Lots of business focus more on profitability and care less on maintainability. But in actual sense both should be given lots of consideration and attention in business. Because a business not maintained will crush down soon. And it is not the joy of business owners for their business to crush down.

Very well said. Those 3 on the list are very vital and essential to maintain and enhance everyone's business' capacity to be more profitable. Maintaining the customers for being satisfied to the service that theyre receiving is one of the keys to maintain a business' legacy.
