I havent heard of pet food around here 😀, most people feed their dogs, cats, goats and cows with normal grasses around and food in which they cooked to eat at home. They only buy special feeds for chickens or fishes. Its not wrong breaking the trend though but you will need local producers who will supply you with raw materials for the project. Also a ware house to store both the unfinished and finished goods. You should also learn maybe from a mentor how to produce rich and nutritious feeds so as to wade of competition.
