That is the reason why offline is good for perishable product like vegetables. This is what I would advise too, it's the best strategy for me because if you just choose to go online, you might get confused since you have not fully understood the business.For the start I think you should open an offline store as that will sell better but then it will actually not cost you much in order to have a presence in both offline and online.
