Thanks I'm thinking of hiring someone who can help spread the word about NKF, and maybe get the word out to get more and more members. A forum promoter would be excellent, if it satisfies anyone.

That's a good idea of a position to have on your forum! The struggle these days though is that it is difficult to find new communities to advertise and promote to.

So true, because doing all the work by myself is no picnic. But to prove that NKF will pick up some steam, I'm gonna add a help wanted board sometime this week. It's a board where anyone or anybody can be hired as moderating staff by filling out a form made by me.

What a wonderful idea! It's good to look inside the community in case someone already active would be interested. However if you decide you could create a thread here - https://admin-junkies.com/forums/services-offered-looking-to-hire.97/ "Looking to hire" or once you open up applications you could create a topic in the "Your Community News area" https://admin-junkies.com/forums/your-community-news.84/

But I completely understand if you want to keep it internal, because they are going to be more willing to want to spread the word of your community!

Do you mean - how many staff members? I would say 1 at this time for your size. Once you get to 100 members maybe 2?
