They are aware on the Support forums, their servers are having a hiccup. Should be resolved soon.

A piece of advice if it is allowed, the design you used for the forum does not seem very interesting and somewhat old, it gives me the impression that visitors will find it difficult to adapt to it..

All themes made by a great friend of mine, Spice from Themegallery. And she worked ever so hard to make these themes for me that I requested. If you know how to make a theme for my forum, it would be nice for someone like you make one for me. However, I respectfully have to disagree with your advice, because people I know on Proboards worked so hard making their own themes and themes people requested.

I would suggest that the theme is exactly the type that would appeal to the kind of audience that is most desirable in that situation. It seems to me to be a good fit.
