The major challenge he might be having in running such a business in a far away country from his native home is if he is illegal in that country, and as it seems he can be because the school would not have existed, he has no more challenge other than those others fae in that country too

That is very rare. Even if someone doing a job from other country, it might be because the scope of business is high in that are. Just like, most traffic exchange sites pays higher commission for tier 1 countries, specially US.

I am so glad that you now understand my point of view and I feel that it will be the best interest or the owner of any business to delegate the management of his business to a trusted manager who will manage the business on his behalf.

What if you do not really trust the managers of your business, what should be the best thing you need to do as a business owner if you are traveling to another country for business contracts and other things ?

I agree. ^^ Heck, my dad would even have problems with his hardware store once he’d leave for the day. And the store is local, not overseas or anything like that. But now that he has one of my brothers watching over things (and working there as well) there’s a lot less skulduggery going on.

A you close in anyway to this your uncle or you're just into a very formal kind of uncle nephew relationship thing? Because he should be in a better position to give you his views here

The rationale now is that managing can use the distant conference in the internet. You can check your business every day or even every hour. We have been doing that when I was working in a Japanese software house. However, I still believe that the best management is for you to be in the work place.

Hmmmm... Managing a business in another country sounds somehow difficult to me especially if it's a physical business, why not start your business where you can manage it with ease.

In a situation whereby I do not trust my manager I will definitely let that manager of my book and employ someone else that I can trust to be managing my business. I cannot let a manager that I do not trust will be managing my business for more than a month.
