Management of government institutions vs private institutions

Most of the private institutions has got good management compared to government institutions where most individuals are very corrupt. Job does not depends on the merits once you are in the payroll, so most staffs lazy around. But private institutions people renew contracts on merit. What's your suggestions on that.

Management of government institutions over time has proven not to be viable compare to the management of private institutions.Mostly management and employees in government institutions discharge their duties with levity unlike private institutions where your pay is determined by your level of commitment.

You are very much accurate. I think it is because of this lack of enthusiasm to work exhibited by government workers is what has led to deterioration of the public sectors. There's always this idea of I can't get sucked easily in the government institutions which has led to some kind of I don't care attitude. Very much unlike in the government institutions, the private institutions have a well organised structure whereby employees are awarded based on their work and they can get the sack at any moment.
