Management of government institutions vs private institutions

I couldn't agree less with you on this, the government institutions are not entirely easy to handle because those people in power then to use their position to employ people that don't merit the job and then there's a lot of corruption though there's also corruption in private institutions but is less compared to government institutions.

There is no way to compare the management of private institution to that of government . In private institution , the management is very organized because the owner of the business do not want to lose out ,unlike in government where people behave anyhow they like

Management is the biggest problem in government organizations, the people in administration are nonchalant because they feel his not their personal business unlike in private where you will be Sack when you don't perform your duties, so everyone is on the toes.

Yes there is a huge difference between Government management and private sector management a big difference we can define in a few words like government management is worst as compared to private management the government do not pay attention on their work and even not concentrate on the problem going around the management they totally ignore and do not work and if I talk about private management so that extend in every work and part.

Private institute tends to be favourable based on the scheme and policy making, they ensure your are properly given consent, they try in as much as possible to make policy favorable to the workers while at services, some don't cater for the staff after service, public institute in the other hand is also a policy making institute based on the level in the government hierarchy.
Government delay but attend to the needs of staff after service although they attention might be few in some service and likewise it might be due to the level of your service before retirement.

I agree with you. Most government workers exhibit lackadaisical attitude towards their duty because there is very minimal supervision and this makes it easy for them to go against the rules because there is no one to punish them.

Government institution have always had the upper hand than private institution right from time,serving in a government institution is less stressful and you are bound to incentives as time goes on,the private sector lacks in this area.as they outsource their basic needs.

Public and private sector management strategies are only different in theory but the manner in which such organizations (both public and private) are run and managed is more or less the same.
