That is very true, because what a rookie in business needs is not too many distractions, running one business is overwhealming enough for him, because there ae intriuges and uncertainties in the terrian already.I wouldn't advise a greenhorn in buiness startups to be engaged in multiple startups. Only experienced business people have the patience and tenacity to be engaged in more than one startup. As someone new to startups, you should he learning the ropes, making mistakes and seeking correction. That in itself and be a handful and can discourage anyone new to business. Once one has successfully grown his/her startup to the next level, then he/she would have the fortitude to engage in more than one Startups.

I completely agree with that, in every successful business we must have good employees, absence of that can only Leads to business failures, that's why some people decide to manage their own businesses by themselves to avoid this kinds of mistakes.I would personally handle a business if I were to suspect that my employees are not doing their job perfectly. This is also a great way to manage business and the owner must pay a visit to the business places where business is running.
But there is nothing running a multiple of business what matters is your time to manage the business, you have to create much time in order to manage the business very well, so starting up multiple of business really depends on your time.If you are a new entrepreneur who cannot afford to invest in building multiple platforms and hire a team for each venture, stick to a single startup at first. When you get the first platform right and you become successful then you add more startups.
