Sometimes it will be stressful . Running a multiple business should not be advised for one person . The most important thing I will do is to force that my energy into the most profitable business ideas.

Definitely if family members are not serious or are uninterested in the business you have established , you wouldn't have any other option than to look for people somewhere. Probably a friend.

Most rich business owners always have more than one business and i think it's not even good to reply on only one business as a source of income. Successful Business owners only have to plan the right time to start another business when their first business become success
