Of course it effects everyone in my opinion since an owner has to deal with tought situations, has to manage people and guide them all the time, has to talk a lot and be more social, and has to fire people which is really hard to do, it builds your character and make you to be tougher and stronger mentally. So far most of the owners I've met changed in a good way and treated them employees nicely but it is not always the case unfortunately....
