Is it better to build properties or just acquire already built ones?

I have always wondered why people go through the stress of building houses when they can simply acquire the already built ones. Then I said to myself, maybe it's cheaper and also heartfelt to build yours.

I'd rather purchase an already built house in a very secure environment like within an estate for security purpose and to save myself some stress.
But if I want to invest in real estate, I'd prefer to build myself, to cut cost and erect structures of my taste.

When you build your structure from scratch you design whatever you like but already built property may not suit your taste which means you will demolish n build your taste. In essence, it eliminate waste of resources as a classy person.

I will like to build my own than to buy a existing one. Reason is that I will monitor all the items used to be a quality. And then I will build it in my own taste, The style I want. If I buy the existing one they might not use qualities items to build it and that can be a problem.

people build a house, it takes a lot of time. People should think that if they take a built house and build a new house, it will cost a lot.. I don't think you should build a better property, you should buy a built house. If we take the completed house and the cost is the same. So the houses that have been built will be good.

Both of them is cool just that the only problem there is that if you buy a house already built you can't no how they built it and what kind of martirals they used if it's good or bad so you can't decide about that and anything can happen later in future but house you built your self you will want to use any kind of things you want even if anything going to happen in future you going to no it's what you used that caused it

Personally I will prefer buying a house to building a house because I don't have the patience to deal with labourers.... most times they can be difficult to direct they end up building the opposite of the house which is in the plan

Houses acquisition terms actually depends on how individual perceive to be. I would say both buying already built house and self building are not bad while making consideration for house acquisition. I observed that some people built house not because of acquiring estate management experience but because they couldn't raise the money to buy already built one at once. While, not all other people that buys already built house goes for cheap prices, but may be because the structure of the building suit their taste or it may be because it was built by a professional that are vast with building and selling of lands and housing properties.

I think in people's opinions and also in mine, it's better to build your own building than acquire already built ones, because you can make sure it's what you have in mind. And it also gives a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction to erect your own structure.

I'm not really sure it's cheaper to build your own house, I think the reverse is the case. Buying already built houses are cheaper. Some people don't want to go through all the stress of erecting a new structure so they buy already made ones even though the costs of repairs and maintenance are higher.

Although I actually prefer building properties myself because
1. The cost of building is actually more cheaper
2. Buying properties is very risky because you might eventually encounter thieves and scammers
3. Building properties will be wholly about your plans and decisions
