Generally, there is nothing bad in trusting you frieny or colleague in business but I feel it might be risky because some friends or colleague might take advantage of your trust and this might ruin the business plans.

But at the very least, you should be able to trust your coworkers. You certainly wouldn't want to find out that someone else in the office has been taking credit for your hard work or passing along things you say in confidence to the wrong people. So it is wise to take note of when a colleague may be less than honest.

To me the answer is yes, all relationship should be based on trust and not only what you want to gain from such individual,but ability to be sure that things will not go wrong.

Well, you have to trust your colleagues or working partners for peace to reign. But the trust shouldn't be 100% accurate cause nobody is to be trusted. Trusting colleagues should be an important part of doing business together, however, with the way things are, I would rather distrust everyone and go the legal way than to suffer any form of betrayal or losses.

Like I said earlier if your friend has a bad reputation even if he claims all allegation put on humor her is false I will not trust such person. Even the person pretends around you him or her will not pretend around every body.

Trust is a strong word... Is better to have colleagues that are goal oriented as you... That's the only way to avoid story that touches the heart.... Study the person, know whether he/she have the same goals as yours.
