Do you trust all of your employees?

I will always trust my work is to some extent because hiring them to work for me means that I am ready to trust them with my business because they have the capacity of destroying my business when they are not doing what they are supposed to do. It's why I hired them to help me grow my business while I pay them.

Trusting someone blindly could be a really huge mistake. I have trusted many people blindly in my life and i have paid the price. Fortunately, the losses were not that huge. However, we are living in a world where we simply cannot trust ANYONE at all. When it comes to professional life, the rules remain the same.

At the moment, with the business I have, I am the only person who works there, I have not had the worry of having employers and knowing if they are someone that I can trust to work with me and within my business.

I however do feel that if you have a business and you are hiring people to work for you within your business, you do need to be able to trust the individual and not have any worries or concerns when hiring someone. This can often lead to a very awkward relationship with an employer and can lead to a break down as well within the business.

It is quite important to hire a trustworthy person and it is always a good thing to maintain check and balance. It may not be a wise decision to give a lots of power or authority to someone. Regardless of that, trusting your employees to some extent may be a necessary in many cases. You must make sure that you deal in a careful manner and never get in a situation where you have to rely on employees totally.

Obviously, everyone is not trustworthy in this world. Some people are so good and honest with you and their work that you can easily trust them, but unfortunately, there are some people who will always deceive you no matter what you do for them.

Actually, it's the true nature of people that is revealed in their daily lives, including their professional lives.

Unfortunately when it comes to working, you will definitely have to trust your boss to keep their words when it comes to paying your salary whenever they are due because there is no way you can be able to know if they are going to pay or not unless you start working and see what happens when it is time for you to be paid your salary.

Trust is not something you can gain immediately, it takes a lot of time before you can gain someone trust, I don't think you can trust all the people working for you, it takes time.

If you study most people very well, you are going to find out most of them cannot be trusted because they all motivated by greed and selfishness.

I've worked with so many people to know, it's better to have your own back at your workplace than leave it open for another staff to look after for you.

This is exactly why I think that employee rights should be taken seriously. There have been cases where the employee worked diligently for a company, but they were not paid for their efforts. I think that this is cruel and bosses should never do this to their employees. Employees should also check the reputation of the business and conduct investigation before joining a business.

This is something that you should always look into before you applying to any company's job and if it's possible for you to even have access to their previous workers in order to get inside information on how the management runs their activities, it will be something that is going to be very helpful to you.

I think trust is actually a very strong word to use. The only relationship anyone should have with their employees should be business oriented. The boss should trust that the employees would deliver quality service and the employees should trust that they will get paid at the end of it all.

Hiring anyone to work at your company can be a scary thing, but with passion and dedication, you can steer anyone into the right direction. Anyway, you don't always have good employees. Sometimes you'll encounter a worker who is bad at what they do, or give you nothing but trouble.

Most people I worked with, I have trusted, minus a few people here and there who either cheated me or caused issues, but for the most part, I rarely had issues with people.

What about you?

To be honest with you, I do not trust any employee unless they have worked with us at the farm for more than 2 months. I will want to see how committed that they are in ensuring that the job is done properly and how much time that they devote in ensuring that the job is done in the best possible way. There is a lot that I have to consider before I can start trusting any staff.

It is always going to be in your best interest to evaluate anyone that you are about to employ to work as your staff and make sure that you keep them under surveillance and make sure that you don't lose guard in your business with them until they have been able to earn your trust. Otherwise, you are going to suffer from being too loose with how you manage your business.

This is what I normally do now. I once started working as a trainee in a company. The nature of the job was something that I never liked and this is why i never worked there. After leaving that company, I came to realise that many people complained about that firm. So, what's the lesson we learn here? We must always conduct proper research before working for any company.

One thing that I have come to understand about entrepreneurs and companies is that they are always going to be looking out for opportunities where they are going to exploit their employees.

This is the reason why some people don't usually stay on jobs for a very long time because they will always be looking for another opportunity where they are going to get treated better. The reason why they will start working for a particular company is because they don't have any other one that is a better alternative at that point in time.

Unfortunately, employee exploitation is a very common thing and there are many instances when employees do get exploited. In that case, employee may trust the employer a lot. This may have bad consequences when things are other way round. However, on the other side of the argument, many employers may also face bad consequences when they trust their employees a lot. So, it may go both the ways.
