I think, the best thing is to take a break, when you are feeling burnt out. Whether you like it or not, it is necessary to do so. It is good to recover psychically and physically to continue the work. This way you can restart your work with new energy, and who knows, even with a new brilliant idea.

taking breaks in a business is nice , sometimes you will feel so tired and bored ,but the best way to solve it is by getting yourself a rest, just try you best to see that have a rest ,it is good for the body.

You know it's always a good to idea to give yourself some break if you feel you're already burnt out from tasks during the day. If you don't, you'll break down mentally
One of the importance of having a break is that it makes one to be refresh,it is really an antidot for efficient and improve functions in any operations or task one is engaged in.

I don't force myself further if I noticed that I am tired. I would rest immediately and when I woke up, fresh ideas would keep springing up in my brain. That's the power of taking rest when it is necessary.

It is very important and necessary for one to take a break or rest anytime he or she is tired from carrying out one task or another. This will refreshing your memory or energize you as the case may be. For instance, reading for so long without resting can make one lost concentration.

You may think you don't need a break from work even if you are exhausted because of the greed of making more more money. We shouldn't be selfish with ourselves because our bodies needs the rest or even a vacation, after all if anything happens to the body breaking down then you will end up spending the money or if one dies the money is gone.

It is not a bad idea to take a break, if you are burnt out because if you don't take a break you may faint or die prematurely, the little break you take may save your life and also help you to recover your energy.

Yeah. Sometimes I don't get good sleep when I think I have not completed my mission daily. I will take a nap and begin with a stronger motive when I'm weak. It's not easy to keep going without rest

Sleeping when you are burn out should be the only and effective way of recharging your batteries when you are weak. Of what use is the mindset that you are doing okay when your energy levels is not letting you stay fit and focused? This is why you should sleep when you feel burned out.

When you're burnt out from work, forcing yourself to keep working is never going to be the best thing to do. The work you're doing wouldn't be carried out well. You're definitely going to make mistakes, so whenever you're worn out, take a break from work and rest. This is why they give break at workplaces.
What you do on progress of work when taking long breaks will not be same as tired even if you spend more time tired you may do nothing or even find it hard to find solution.

Well, sometimes it doesn't even have to be sleeping but just simply relaxing and resting yourself is definitely going to do the work of helping you to recover the strength and energy that you have burnt out on the job. Within some intervals, you can feel a lot more fresh and refreshed to come back to the job.

Yes, resting your mind and body is good in order to have a better output at what you are doing. I have noticed that whenever I insist on working on projects when I am tired, I end up not achieving a lot at all.

Yeah, that's very correct. The only thing that you're going to end up doing in this kind of situation is completely wasting your time for nothing because the hours that you are going to spend trying to work when you are tired is not going to be commensurate to the output that you're going to have from the work that you did.

There are many times that I feel like this, I just try to rest although my head also repeats that I must be productive, but I try to shut it up and try to rest, because if not, I will not rest, I will be bad and the next few days will not be productive either, it is better to give yourself some time off so as not to end up worse.

This is something that happens to me sometimes too. I will be telling myself that I need to take a break but when I remember all that I need to take care of, it's going to be very difficult for me to stop until I start sleeping off on the job while I'm still at it.

It's great to hear that you enjoy your work, particularly writing, but taking small breaks even for a few minutes, won't disturb your work schedule. It's necessary for your overall well-being, too.

There's a popular quote:"If you're tired, it's okay to rest, but never give up!"

"Giving up is a total different case!"

It's never part of the deal because once you give up, it's all over for you and everything that you have worked for. You never give up to rest, no that's not how it work. You take a break to rest but not give up.

It's true, I understand you, the mind is very treacherous, when you have been resting for more than 10 minutes it will start to repeat that you are wasting your time and that you are not being productive, even when you are sick, sometimes you just need to disconnect for a while from everything.

It is bad to not take a break when you're burned out. In fact, it is bad to not take breaks multiple times during long working hours. In the rush/joy of doing work, we often tend to ignore our mental and physical well-being. It's best to realize it ASAP and start focusing on them. If your body is supporting you to do your work, you should also support your body by giving it the rest it deserves, the rest it needs, before its too late otherwise, one day you'll be sitting and regretting thinking why you didn't take out even 30mins out of the 24 hours of each day of your "busy" life.
