Is it a must for an entrepreneur to accept failure?

Success is defined by successive failures and more of successes. I have not seen a successful entrepreneur who has not failed more than once. Failure would come , the ability to absorb the shock and not be a cry baby is a must. You will know more and learn better if you fail.

It is good for an entrepreneur to accept failure. Accepting failure doesn't mean that you are a loser, it shows that you have made mistakes and learnt from it to avoid future occurrence.
 
Most successful business owners of time can tell one or two stories of how they fail in business whether as a startup or when making important business decisions. The question is are they proud of saying they failed in the past? YES.
They accepted failure is part of business and life as a whole, learned from it and continue their journey to success.
As an entrepreneur, we should know that success and failure are linked.

I have failed as an entrepreneur in the past and it wasn't easy to accept it.

If you must do well in business, you must accept your mistakes and work towards getting better but if you fail to accept your mistakes you will never learn or get better so always accept your failure and try to become better
 
You need to accept failures, but failures should never deter you from attempting another business. You should use failure to build your knowledge so that when you attempt something your success rate is higher.
 
Faliure to me is a matter of choice any body who wants to fail can easily fail as an enterpreneur why should I accept failure when I need progress,I won't accept failure but can accept mistakes and correct them
 
Entrepreneurship is all about failure or success so the so called entrepreneur must be ready or awaiting failure or success in the business engaged on but better still entrepreneur should be able to works towards success in the business rather than failure so failure is welcome in any business

Everything in this life is a risk, sometime you are up another time you find your self down the most important thing is this when you fail in business you just have to accept it and sermon the courage to rise until you succeed

Not only entrepreneur but everyone of us should accept failure, it is only continuous failure that we should avoid. We all are imperfect and this has made us prone to mistakes and failure, so when we Gail, we should rise again and avoid failure in the future.
 
As an Entrepreneur, it's almost impossible to avoid failure. It's part of the process. The most important thing is to learn from failure and avoid repeating mistakes.
 
Failure is not an identity, it is just part of learning experiences. If as an entrepreneur you cannot accept failure at a point and swallow the bitter gall, I advise you have a critical rethink.
 
Accepting failure doesn't mean the business has bowed to defeat, but it means a business owner has realized his mistake and ready to make it right.
