Does anyone like the fake movie trailers that are being peddled on YouTube?
Personally, I don't like fake movie trailers because a lot of them on YouTube are just click bait so YouTuber's can get views on their channel. I saw a Deadpool 3 trailer trending on there and yes....it's fake and I was pretty annoyed when I clicked on it.

I don't like it when they're presented as official (ie, fan creation is not immediately clear). If it's clear it's a fan work I'm more inclined to start off respecting the effort that went into whatever it's about.
Thing about youtube though, content tailors pretty dang close to you. I don't watch anything near these so it's not an issue I'm really exposed to, on top of some other compromises I've made in the interest of privacy.
What annoys me is some of the accounts who post trailers (who are verified!?) posting a 4 minute video labeling it as an extended trailer, when really they just piece together a couple of the official TV spots and the official trailer, and they call it a new trailer.
Such trash. I hate fake videos and trailers. Especially the ones that are clearly click bait and the thumbnail preview isn’t even in the video itself.

Yes, they are an annoyance that is most certainly clickbait and a misrepresentation of the actual film. Even if they're meant to be funny, it's sad that they become so popular that some people might think it's the actual trailer.
