Most of the users are interested only in making posts and not threads. So, if the staff wouldn't post any threads, then the forum would resemble a graveyard without having any posts. If someone makes threads(usually that someone is a staff member), only then others would make posts.

It's not possible for the staff to make the so called threads everyday. So, how to make the users post the new content by themselves.

Most of the time, the response from others would be 'I don't know what to say at first'. So, need advice to tackle this situation. I am sure most of the forums out there are facing the same issue.

I think that the only best way to encourage users to post threads is to offer them the best rates and pay them on time. This way they will be motivated to post more threads.

I think the single best way to encourage users to post threads is to give them the best price and pay them on time. This will encourage you to post more threads.

i discovered that the reward for making a thread is not so much rewarding, it is even the same as a post and there are so many guidelines governing making a thread, so i just prefer to keep making comment.

Offering users the best deal and prompt payment, in my opinion, is the best approach to encourage them to start threads.
You will be inspired to start additional threads as a result.

It is true that most users always reply to posts and refuse to make threads. One can make users create thread by increasing the price attached to creating threads, this will motivate users to create threads.

Of you have active users and if your community lacks some topics for discussions, I think your users will create topics. If that is not happening, I would like to send a friendly reminder for the users about creating topics

i believe an extra source of motivation would be welcome, like awarding a point or giving out a feature to users with the most engaging topic, this would create a room for healthy competition and more content.

In a community, just motivating the members to create posts does not work. If your community does not provide any incentives, it is even difficult to get regular posters. Thanks because users have multiple choices.
