You have to make a plan to motivate your workers and labors in company and business. Give them task to complete such a work in specific duration of time and ask them to do so and get extra bonus. If they would successful in their task you should to give them bonus which will makr them more interested in work and they will be boosted up by bonus. And ask them to compete each other and major task would be compete other company or businessman.

The best way to motivate anyone who comes to a team or a task that they are completing is that you are for them incentives. This can be in the sense of a bonus that they can get at the end of the month in addition to their salary, or you can offer them something like an extra day of leave or something of that nature. As humans, we tend to work for rewards and therefore if you are for these rewards people be allowed more encouraged and motivated.
 
Supposing that there are different teams, creating a friendly competition between teams would help to increase the productivity. Giving an incentive would surely help an employee or a team to feel motivated.

Provide them with good working condition and incentives to motivate them to put in their best. Also, give them an open ground to air their own views, whose those the wonderful ideas that most of them carry around without you knowing. Also grant them educative opportunities to develop themselves and work on their weaknesses.

Not a problem. Another great thing that you might be able to think about for them to feel more motivated as to have a stepped business structure. So in the case of technicians you will have different level of technicians that work together and obviously the salary and payments will be staggered accordingly. This way the last for them to have future growth in the company which can be quite motivating as well.

Items 1 to 7 are well noted but that of 8 will be difficult going by the nature of work in questionth

The biggest motivation has to do with rewards, if you show them the rewards of their dedication to the job at hand, then they will be highly motivated. That is just my opinion though. I'm sure there are other means of motivation.
 
You should take in priority in labour and low educated labour because they will take time to understand your project and work.
Highly educated workers can manage your task .
For making them in balance line you should make one project and ask all low and higher educated both to work on that.
I hope they will easily work together with the peace management.
