This is the correct attitude, if the tenant does not pay on time and does not seek a way to resolve the situation with the landlord, he should be given an eviction notice. Because as a landlord you are also counting on that money.I know that it is very difficult to handle defaulting tenants but I would never joke with mine house rent money because I definitely made use of which amount of money to either buy my property or build it so for any defaulting tenant I will give them a quick notice if they do not pay my house rent on time.
