How to handle defaulting tenants?

The truth is that a lot of countries do not have laws that are going to be guiding these tenants that usually default with money. This makes it extremely difficult for house owners to do.
I think so smiles. There are certain laws rules and regulations that are guiding both the tenants and the house owner. Normally everything should be done in a legal way to avoid any party being judged wrongly.

Handling default in tenants is never easy because we keep having their types every time , what you need to do is make sure they pay once in a year , and if their payment is about to lapse , remind them a month before them to pay for another year and if they don't , serve them with quit notice immediately .

It depends on the policy set in place. For instance in my area, they usually give 6months of grace before finally excommunicating the defaulting tenant. It might vary from places to places though.

My parents have an estate where people Lodge in and are expected to remit some money yearly, but so many of the tenants are not willing to pay even after constant reminder. What is the best way to handle such individuals?
Before pursuing legal action, landlords should first make an effort to address the situation informally by speaking with the tenant. The landlord must give the tenant a formal notice of default outlining the arrears that must be paid as well as the repercussions of continuing to withhold payment.

I think there should be a legal agreement of how long their tenants can stay when they are not paying their rent. Your parents can still involve legal practitioners. There will be a solution.

some tenant are so wicked I encounter some issue with my tenant sometime last week he refused to pay the little remaining. of my rent so I have nothing to do than for my to get police involved without his conscience and the case was settled,so there are so many ways to do this but that way which I handle it is the best
