This how to tutorial will help you to create a link wheel.

So what is a link wheel?
A link wheel is a system which contains around 10+ unique articles posted to web 2.0 properties/blogs/microblogs in a special manner. Each of these articles will be having atleast 2 links, with one link pointing to the Website for which you are building the SEO. And another link pointing to one of your other blogs/microsites. This way all these link will form a wheel like structure with the axis being your main website.

See this screen shot :

Now how to do this:
  • Create around 10+ articles with unique content. You can use article spinners or manually write all of them by yourself or outsource the work of writing articles.
  • Create accounts in the blogs/microsites/web 2.0 properties for posting the article. Here is the list of websites to create your own sites for posting the unique articles:
    • Blogsome.com
    • Blogger.com
    • Squidoo.com
    • Wetpaint.com
    • Wordpress.org
    • EzineArticles.com
    • VOX.com
    • Quizilla.com
    • Weebly.com
    • LiveJournal.com
    • HubPages.com
    • Onsugar.com
    • Prlog.org
    • Devhub.com
    • Yolasite.com
    • Terapad.com
    • Beep.com
    • Webnode.com
    • Viviti.com
  • Now post your high quality unique articles on to each of these websites with one link pointing to your original website and another link pointing to any of your articles from these websites. So it will be like, blogsome article will be pointing to blogger.com article. And blogger.com article will be pointing to squidoo article and so on. Finally the vivitti.com article will be pointing to blogsome article.
The most important part is to write high quality unique articles. Never copy paste or write low quality articles. and by the way the articles and your main websites should be of the same niche obviously.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If you think I missed anything please don't hesitate to point it out!
Thanks!

just so you know when i clicked on the link to see the screenshot my anti-virus went off warning me the site was a known risk. i know you are not malicious - it would be far easier for you to hit us here if that was your intention but you might want to see if you can find why the code is causing alarm.

Thanks for informing me flame. I don't know how it happened as I used this website to upload all my screenshots.
And it was my mistake to link the picture instead of showing the picture! :)
Anyway I have edited the post to show the picture, so I hope your antivirus won't show any warnings!
I guess its a false positive!

i know my anti virus is slightly sensitive - it is more likely to warn about something harmless than miss a nasty - it goes nuts about cpanel when i first set up and warns me about 3 times that the page is unknown etc etc. also reacts to *cough* keygens *cough*

Haha, I like the part about keygens!
Btw you may want to use keygens on a VM as it comes bundled with undetected backdoors and trojans. Trust me on this! :p
So which antivirus are you using?

i have norton running - yes i know its norton - but i have found in the last couple of years they have been much improved from where they were a few years ago

Link wheel is a widely used internet marketing strategy. The basic idea of link wheels is to create a pattern of links which flow from one website to another which would finally link to a targeted website requiring promotion.

Interestingly written!
But I want to ask how much I spend on your time promoting the 8 sites?
160 unique articles I myself do not write.
What to do?
