How to avoid professional jealousy among employees

The best way to avoid jeolosy in any organization is to mind your business and be friendly with anyone in the organization
Well as the boss of such organization, you have to stack to justice when ever you are making decisions, promotion and giving out prizes for your best workers or else jealousy will or might ruin your organization.

As the head and the owner of the business, the only way to avoid having a professional jealousy among workers is by loving them equally and not specialising in a particular worker,
 
Actually professional jealously is inevitable and it can not be totally avoided because we are humans who has feelings on everything we see. a manager can try his best to treat everyone based on his position but he can please them all.

Though something we cannot avoid at the place of work is jealousy because it cannot be totally eradicated but we can reduce the rate of jealousy in our organisation .
 
Already man have inbuilt jealousy around its life. But ability to rebook your body when thinking that way helps us to slow down jealousy. If one got promotion by recommendation and not merited those vying same position becomes very jealous to even envy em.

The fact is that there is no how to completely eliminate jealousy in people's mind . you only have to know yourself as a person because we humans can change anytime based on how we feel because in most cases we allowed our emotional to rule us beyond our control.

I think that separating top performers from average performers could be a good way to stop jealousy. However, even in those group the performance level of employees would differ as well.

what is the need For The separation ? because everyone are expected to work accordingly and based on what they are assigned to do both top performers and the average performance. Then what should be done to the average performance ?

Like what is the need for other people to be bullied ? does it really mean that the owner of the business can't control the business to a point that everyone work accordingly without anyone being bullied ?
 
One of the only ways to avoid a professional jealousy among your workers is to be plain and not be biased towards any workers , love all your workers equally and treats them accordingly .
 
Professional jealousy are rampant nowadays among employees and the only way a boss or an employer can avoid jealousy is by showing love to all the employee, don't be bias towards some of them, and make their salary structure known to all of them.

Exactly! I was also about to address this issue. Favouritism is quite common in many workplaces and there could be many reasons for that. Perhaps the boss might be getting some sort of benefit from the employee and this is why he might be favouring one over the other?
 
In one management seminar that I attended that focused on rivalry and professional jealousy I realized that there are confidential matters that should remain confidential. First is the salary which is always the crux of jealousy in the workplace. If you know my salary and it is higher than yours then you will be sad and on the other hand if my salary is lower than your salary then you may become overconfident. Another confidential matter is the relationship with the boss. If an employee is related to a boss then it should be kept secret so as not to intimidate the other employees. Do you know of an item that should be kept confidential?
Jealousy is common among employees lately, and the only way a manager or employer can avoid it is to show affection to all of them, not be partial towards any of them, and make their pay structure public to every single one of them.

When things like this occure,then it will not only demoralise some dedicated workers,but issue of resentment will rise up,and that will not be good for the growth of the organisation.
