Monthly is the official Time of payments here in my country. Normally all employees should be paid at the end of the month and in most cases salary can be extended depending on agreement. That is for my country.

The normal time for staff payment in my country is monthly , though I have seen some organisation that pays weekly , but its not common here in my country , so we get paid monthly.

Paying of your staff is something you should be doing it regularly because and there will actually be an agreement between you both. Some people pay weekly and some people pay monthly depending on the agreement.
