Forum owners that have staff members who helps them to manage the forum either have them working as volunteers without any pay or paid staffs based on their agreement.

If you're working with staff members who are paid, do you have any arrangements or plan to increase their pay over a period of time or it's something that never changes?

I think the pay for the staff members shall increase and decrease based on the revenue generated by the website. If the website is doing good, the staff should be benefited for sure. If not, the staff should be understanding enough of the situation and not expect the owner to pay them the same amount.

I do not think most forums are generating enough revenue to have paid staff or get a pay raise frequently.

I'd be curious in hearing just a general perspective from someone who manages to do paid forum staff at all tbh. That would already differ from the standard fare of experience that seems to be standard here.
