Ebay and amazon are good. There is already huge customer base. You only need to post your product with the price. And if suitable customer is found, your item will start recieving order.

Well starting out on eBay doesn't require too much capital and it would also be dependent on the product to be sold too, so 100 dollars or 200 should be enough to successfully set up shop
