All you have to do is download images of your desired product and display on another website for sale and then wait till someone place an order then you will use the money to buy the product on eBay the only thing is that you must keep a tab on all the product you downloaded to make sure they are still in stock.

I have some friends who have listed products on ebay but they are yet to make their first sale. I am not sure but I think you need to pay some listing fees to ebay.

I think e bay is a foreign site, because I tried registering on the site once when I wanted to try online selling but got stuck when everything has to be transacted in USD
