How many bands do you play in?

Back when I was a young'un, I saw a lot of my more musically inclined friends sticking to one band at a time but people I know around the scene nowadays seem to float between having several bands on the go at any one time, presumably they can't get enough of the gig lifestyle! For me, just having one band is enough so when I get started (hopefully!) I'll just be sticking with the one.

I have friends who are band members but they only play in 1 band. It is not good to be a member of 2 or more bands since the element of jealousy will be there. I have to agree that 1 band would be more than enough if the band is very active with gigs at least every week.
