How many articles should you post a week on a blog?

In my blog I do post like five articles in a week and with this articles a lot of traffic to flow on my blog because I am very consistent with uploading of articles which I do right by myself to post on my blog.

How many articles do you think should be posted in a week? I think there should at least be one every other day. But I think the best bet, is to do at least 1-2 articles a day on your blog. What do you guys think?

I think having a big site need to be updating every minute or hour at least, because of people that can't do without checking your blog site so if you don't update what with they be doing there always.

I completely agree with you that about 5 Articles on a blog can actually bringing a lot of traffic to your blog site but it will be quite difficult for one to be able to put 5 articles a day on your blog.

I think it would be fine to publish a couple of articles on a blog per week. What's quite more improtant is the fact that your blog generates enough traffic regardless of the amount of content you have. I might be wrong but I think traffic is crucial and you can generate traffic by working hard.

As a blogger, In order not to post articles that are tautologous, you can just maintain two per week. Some bloggers post the same thing which makes them lose readers. You have to give yourself some space to rethink and bring new content that will interest the reader.

I think when putting up new contents in a blog, the timing should be well balanced and properly spaced. Putting in new contents once in a while might make your customers wait for too long and might look for a more active place. Putting too much new content would make you run out of contents easily and would also make your customers miss out on some as not all would be able to keep up, they would end up seeing it as a stress

One to two articles a day for a blog is not advisable. If I may ask, are you creating articles to your blog because you want to have lots of articles in your blog? If yes then stop today. Posting an article should be on interest and before you post an article you will need to do research and that is not enough to write two articles in a day.

It depends on the quality of articles you are posting. If you're posting quality article it will attract more people to your blog but if it's not then nobody will like to come to the blog to read rubbing. As for me i write at least two every week to make it good and attractive.

Articles should be updated often on a blog site to keep those users engaged when it comes to reading fresh new contents. No user or visitor will love visiting a blog to repeat him or herself with same old post.
