How long have you been using your Username?

I've been Dismal_Bliss, DismalBliss, or dismalbliss now, almost consistently, since I first got on the internet back in 1997-ish.

Since 2021. This started as my main Discord name for a Computer Science class in college, because I was most known for my successful poetry career and linux computer. I carried it over into christianforums.com because I wanted to carry the "poet" aspect into that forum. Then I got promoted to moderator on that forum, which caused me to carry it around into Biz and PTP spaces, and now into here because it's what I am known by.

Over the coarse of my forum career, my mental health and abusive past has made a bit of a mess, so I left names behind when I matured past them. Also a forum in my past included small children, so I adopted a different name to protect them. Stuff like that.

I love the username "timgab" and it is the one which i am using in so many sites. It is just a combination of my first and last name.

I have used the name Shortie ever since I was in high school and it has stuck since.

If I am unable to use just Shortie as my name, I will opt for either Shortie861, Shortie_ or ShortieGamez.

In its current form, since 2017 - although it can trace its roots back to 2005 (when I started using the name 'KingsIndian', which was the original form of my name ).

I've used my username as well as my avatar since I created my own forum April 2020. I feel it helps people recognize others when they keep the same or at least similar username.

I used to go by MrDawn for several years on other forums. It's what I became known as among my online friends with those communities, especially when I staffed for Onision on his forum. I've recently decided to revive my old username.

I have different names for different fora 'MamaFrankie' on quite a few of them but also 'MadameGuvnor', 'Redhairkid', 'MrsLedin' (wishful thinking!), 'CailinRua' (my Instagram name) amongst others.
