The truth is that nobody will want to fire an employee but setting conditions like dishonesty all the company losing money is going to force some executives to do that. The truth is that is usually feels very bad as you know that you are depriving them of their source of income.

Managers or business owners, how does it feel like to discipline an employee and then ultimately fire them? Do you feel emotional, especially if you're losing a friend? Business and friends/family should be kept separate for this reason.
Well it is sad of course especially if it's a close friend however if you fire them it must be for a good reason if they don't want to change then you don't have other choice it's just how it is

When the body is unable to handle it any longer, this type of emotion will emerge from the mind.
A indication of misconduct or being fired from a job is losing one's employment, which has a negative impact on the workplace.

To my opinion is not bad to fire someone but it should be done in a reasonable way and also before that u have identified the main problem base in before sacking the person as well

it feels bad especially if the person is not in the wrong, some companies fire employees just to balance their revenue, while some fire because of incompetencies

It naturally doesn't feel good if actually you have a good heart as a manager but it's a thing you know will be essential to promote your business. You can't for the sake of a few, lose your company's name and progress.

Depending on the reason for firing the employee, how you feel about it will vary. Nonetheless, I am aware that the employee's loss of a source of income will undoubtedly make the employer upset.

It takes a whole lot of strength to tell someone to stop working for you. The only employee I ever fired, I was sure that I had exhausted my patience on tolerating her excesses. It was still painful telling her to leave.

I have not been in that type of situation before, but I feel it is bad to cut off the source of income of an employee.

It's right to fire an employee if he does wrong, but it should not be done unjustly, That is my own view.

It feels very bad to fire someone but it depends on what the person has done to the company. There are some people who do not even deserve to be fired but the company may just act funny.

Though I don't have employers yet because I can still handle my business, but when my business grows to have employers, I would be feeling considerate. I don't like seeing someone suffering except you offend me intentionally and act as if I can't do you anything.
