First ask for the genuine paper documents supporting that the property is legit for sale and they own it. Now how do i know if the documents are not fake either? The rate at which fake real estate companies are springing up is very alarming in my country Nigeria in fact they have gone way higher than before now that some of them can even come up with fake licences and some other things that will prove that they are real so we all have to be careful and also carefully research any real estate companies that will feel that we want to patronize.
