Before buying the house make investigations of your own. Find out from others around the area and hear what they have to say. Or you could just simply go to a registered and legit agency company to buy from them

Yes, the investigation of the property is a good suggestion. We did that when we were prospecting the house that we are now living in. It is not only the neighbors but the local public transportation drivers, they know most of those things. But the most important is in checking the veracity of the documents with the proper government office.

Very true when going about the verification of the documents, most people tend to seek the help of professional bodies like a lawyer and of cause government officials to have the law backing them just in case.

First off, you should not even try paying for a property which you saw online. You should visit the place first. You should demand for all the legal paper of the property before proceeding.

scamming in houses would be generally represented either in high prices or bad quality used in the building process of that house, request plans from the seller who you are trying to buy from

Genuine houses are well backed with licensed documents. Before you embark on such adventure of acquiring a house from someone, make sure you go with a lawyer. A lawyer will help you with information needed to claim the ownership, even when matters arise in the future. Don't just rush to buy a house because it's cheap make inquiries also from people. To confirm the genuineness of the house.
What a wonderful submission from you and I completely agree with you that one we need to check or double-check any house document that is placed on sale but there are some situations where by how's document effect and even if you tried to verify them they can schedule it but in the reasons they are still scam as these houses are under dispute.

You're still correct. It takes grace too, for you to avoid scam buying fake real estate property, even when he or she thinks the right way. Scammers do whatever to prove to the buyer that the land is genuine in order for the person to fall victim.

They are definitely lots ways to detect it .Once you have seen the house or building involve an expert or get a lawyer look through the house documents and clarify things abstain from whatever excuses the seller might want to give you.

Before buying a property it is imperative that one does his research so as not fall into scams, the necessary documents should be provided which would definitely serve as some sought of guarantee when it's legitimacy is confirmed

Yes, making researches will enable you too, which is all about making people who live within to let your intentions known that you're interested buying such plot. By asking different faces, they'll surely answer your query and help you with the information you need.

You need to be very vigilant and if you're thinking of buying a house you must make sure that the seller of that building of property must present all the valid documents to support that the house he or she is selling belongs to them.

You are right. This is not to smear an online business but there are many scammers online. A house is a physical product that the buyer has to see and feel. Check the property and you have to meet the owner. If the owner is not present then schedule a meeting if you are interested to buy.

The best way to overcome this is to ask for all the required documents for you to be eligible to own the house without anybody taking you to court that you bought a wrong property. You can also ask for C of O

Firstly you must have more than 2 persons available when purchasing or renting a property. You also need to seek for proper documentation before making your purchase.

Criminality in the issue of real estate house and land sales is on the increase, we have to be very careful of the people we buy land and houses from.
There are some group of people that specializes in selling a land to more than two people, they do this so smoothly that at the end the matter ends up to land dispute in court cases.
How do we avoid all these kinds of issues when it come to buying of properties?
That is correct. My father was involved in helping a woman who has a big property from her ancestors. The land title is still named after their grandmother who already died. Now the land is occupied by many squatters. The squatters will not go if they are not paid with money or have a piece on the property.

If you what to buy any building that won't give you any issue in the long run, the best way to do this is just for you ask for all the necessary papers that will make you be the rightful owner of the property

If you really want to arry out your due diligence to the said property on sale ns to proof it is isn't a Scam arrangement you should go to the local authority to verify thise documents presented to you on the house

This is a very simple matter I think the squatters that she talked about do not have any stake in the land or property so if they refuse to go then I believe that the next course of action should be utilising the law enforcement agencies to evict them forcefully.
