As forum owners or moderators, there is always going to be a time when visitors to the site will drop feedback. Some could be positive while others may contain criticism. What are the steps you take in managing feedback?
What feedback are we talking about
I tend to read and take the feedback to help and mostly I work and look at those ideas and take it in and see if I can take those feedback and makes those changes
