How do you manage businesses like these?.

Have a written plan. ...
Don't marry your plan. ...
Keep your ego in check and listen to others. ...
Keep track of everything, and manage by the numbers. ...
Delegate to employees and avoid micromanaging them. ...

In this type of business you should have a record book in which every sale is recorded or if you don't think this will help you can give the worker a full ownership of the business and expect the person to pay you a certain amount of agreed price either monthly or weekly depending on agreement.

That's is why your agreement with the person is required before employing him into such businesses, and again the person should pay you based on the agreed commissions on sales and incomes.

First and foremost I'll employee an honest and a trustworthy person to work for me, check record of sales and install a CCTV camera to keep an eye on the employee, if that cannot be achieved I'll have to look for a family member to oversee the affairs of the place, also train them on how to treat customers right to keep them coming back.

Just as you rightly said, you can't easily manage such businesses with ease and without running into loss in any way at all. In laundry business, there is already no yardstick to meas how many services rendered.

That's is why your agreement with the person is required before employing him into such businesses, and again the person should pay you based on the agreed commissions on sales and incomes. You have a supervisor/manager at each of these business, also you make sure that they record every service they render, like the car wash business, the number of cats they are able to wash or barbing saloons.

Well as you have said you can manage such businesses by employing someone. now the person in question, i.e the person you are going to employ has to be a person of integrity, someone you know closely and not just anyhow person.

Like any other businesses you can equipped your store with CCTV that you can monitor the flux of people that come and go in the store. Have a weekly inventory to your stocks. Be fair and treat all your employees right to avoid conflicts that may result to that situation.

That's why some of that kind of business were run by their relatives or any close friend that has a good managing that and also the one that they can trust without CCTVs around. Although there are some cases that a glitch also exist on them making their business go into downfall easily.

You need to do a market research first and check whether there are too many similar businesses in your area. If there are already too many similar businesses, you will have to drop the idea. If you are jumping into a business with a lots of competition, you may not be able to survive.

It is very easy to manage, a car wash business because it is an everyday earning business, you get your profit everyday and it has just little expense which is water and soap, while the risk involve preventing costomers car not to be stolen.

You just have to look for someone honest and loyal to employ, and always do regularly auditing and cehvji of the sales books or recordings were sales are recorded, you can also install CCTV cameras to keep them on their toes.
The best option is employing someone honest and God fearing
You've said it all, because you can't be at the premises all the time so there is no way knowing how much sales revenue you've made, I also heard the staff are sometimes given an amount to remit daily regardless of the transactions.

You manage it by doing your accounting thoroughly. Before you close for the day, run through the income, expenses and balance the profit. Make sure you are not running on loss, if you are, check out what's causing it and rectify it.

what have not changed are the business fundamentals, those management traits that successful entrepreneurs almost all possess: tenacity, commitment and vision, and basic business skills.

In this article, we’ll try to answer that question. We’ll also point you in the direction of several successful Bitcoin investors who can provide guidance on how to successfully navigate a bull market.

The rtruth is that you can actually measure your sales if you look closely at this business. From the outside it looks like a really difficult task to accomplish in terms of measument. But then there are so many people doing it and I think it is even easier to measure.

There are many things we need to take care of whenever we do a business. We need management to make a business successful. The success of the business depends on the car management. In addition to the business we have hired workers, if they do their job properly, it is very beneficial for the business. There are many plans to grow a business that must be fulfilled.

This are ways to manage some of this business. Like car wash and Landry work this two business you can handle them on your own or you can employee someone to manage it for you and they are ways like given someone to be given you some precent in it .

In my own opinion in managing businesses like laundry, barbing salon and what have you, when you employ someone to work for you,you need to document every daily activities and supervice your employee to enable you know the progress of the business.

You the employer have to be loyal and overlook at something's at times through this you will see good employee that will want to work for you wholeheartedly and thus will keep the business running smoothly
