How do you know if your workers are happy working for you?

Bosses cannot easily know when the workers are happy with him or her. But one of the sure way to know is how well the workers get the work done. But at least once in a while the boss has to talk with the workers about that when he notices the workers are not carrying out the task assigned to them appropriately.

I think that if you offer employees more and more, they will also perform better and try to be as efficient as possible. A company that holds bonuses and does not pay on time may face repercussions.
