I started freelancing by working on Upwork. Later joined a few more freelancing platforms. For many years I worked on freelance marketplaces, then when I started getting recurring clients, I left the freelance marketplaces and started working by myself. These days I get freelancing jobs through webmaster forums, social media, and my own portfolio websites.
