How do you deal with coworkers who are rude?

How do you deal with other co-workers who are rude? I've thankfully had nothing but good co-workers in my lifetime, but I'm sure some of you's have dealt with some bad co-workers in your life. How do you go about dealing with a rude co-worker? Do you ignore them? Respond to them? How do you react to them?

In our workspace, one cannot know it all, having that as true fact we help each other out in tight instances. Simplest way to deal with them is to ignore them while the stray in the lost world. And funny enough any loss or damage you have made of which could be avoided will surely be paid by you no matter what. 😆🤣😋

Ignoring can work, but it's not always that easy. There are some really annoying trolls out there who will make your life hell, even in the workplace. I thankfully haven't dealt with bad co-workers yet, but I do dread the idea of ever dealing with one.
