How do you deal with conflict in the workplace?

For me I avoid people who are known trouble makers , if it is a situation I can't handle, then I'll have to report to my supervisor because I can't work in a toxic environment
We all know that there are times that issues may arise in the working environment or business between employees or even partners, I would like to know what methods are employed to resolve disputes in the work place and also to ensure that conflicts are minimized.

Yeah! A toxic work environment reduces worker's productivity, so, it is better to make it conducive by removing all strife and if need be, call for the intervention of the high ups in the organisation.
 
The best way to deal with conflict at work places is to have good communication between workers in your organisation and also the organisation should put effort in terms of motivating workers
 
Well anywhere in life there's a possibility for argument or quarrel, when it comes to conflict in workplace the only way to deal with such situation is Patience and endurance.
 
In resolving dispute in work place. Make sure you hear from the parties involved anybody that needs to be penalised should be warned if needed.
 
To handle conflict in a workplace is not that easy, but you have to do at that time you need to learn how to control yourself when such thing comes.
 
I intentionally ignore the people fighting and if I'm the one picked to fight against I intentionally ignore the people or person intigating the violence against me. Silence is a powerful tool.

Conflict is one thing that occurs in almost all workplace. As an entrepreneur, i feel one should set up a no fighting or anything in the workplace. This will reduce the conflict rate.
