Well I think to measure it u dont need numbers, but the result of the outcome of where you out them to work, there effect in their respective department, are they growing the company or pulling it down, then you will know their impact through that.
 
Its totally depends on the output and result of the work because the more profit or good results you get the more idea you gain about the performance.and when you dont get any benefit or positive result or company is going down at certain time then you get the idea to take some beneficial steps to over come it
 
Performances of employees can be measured based on the impact they have on the organisation. The skills that they are known for, are they showcasing it and using it to improve the growth of the organisation? If yes, only then can we say they have performed as they should or if they are able to meet a specific target given to them.
 
They can be measure on what do you feel towards them, or how was the impact on you in dealing to them. This things certainly cant be measured by any numbers, it might be with insight.
 
Employee can measure their impact on their work when they are recognize. Give them some award or something that will make them feel important to the company. Maybe also promote them so it will be a big impact for them.

Measuring the impact of employees work on an organisation wouldn't necessarily be in numbers unless it's an appraisal but in some cases when targets given are met, you can measure their impact.
 
The only way an employee can measure his or her impact in a company is by checking or asking one self ,ever since I joined this company what have I offer to the growth of the company , is he or she growing as well or has remain stagnant ? Do I still have a future with this company in the next years ?, is my work appreciated, dose are the question need to ask so as to measure an employees impact .

By doing my best work, putting my heart out whenever I work and giving it my all. The impact of my job is felt on how my boss appreciate my work, values me and rewards accordingly. Whenever a task is given to me, I ensure that I put my best to it and I give it all that I have. Once this is done, you know within you that you have made an impact.
 
It should be measured by how much committed and dedication an employee put in their works. The impact would be shown as an outcome of the productivity that will be beneficial to the business as well.
 
You can base the measurement of their performance on productivity, this helps to get the best out of them and also ensure the company keeps making profit. To achieve this you also need to put in place different incentive plans to appreciate your workers because only when they are motivated then they can be always focused and happy to be productive.
