How can i make my life positive?

Start by appreciating yourself. Have self esteem,and be determine. Do good, be kind and know your worth. Be kind and loving, do things that makes you happy. Smile all the time. No one can make you happy so make yourself happy and you will be fine.

Focusing on positive aspects of our lives is one great way that we can get to enjoy life. I have seen some poor people that are happier than some rich folks and this is what life teaches. Start your day in a positive way. You have a choice every morning when you wake up. You can embrace the day and start it off with something positive, like a quick workout or a calming meditation session or you can try to avoid even getting out of bed.
 
Everyone needs positivity in their lives, too much negative energy can lead to depression. All you need to do is to sit down and reflect on everything going on in your life, sometimes we are not in control of certain situations and it's okay to feel bad about it,but dont let it be what you are thinking of constantly. You have the power to block out negativity from your mind. Stop thinking about the things that aren't going right in your life rather think of ways to make a change and be happy.
 
To live a positive life, one needs to eat a good delicate, do exercise regularlly, avoid over stressing yourself, do good to other and be a cheerful giver. Above all, invest in humanity.
 
We are human and we are created to face or taste both the good and bad side of life, what your life will be like really depends on you, some steps to having positive life are: surrounding yourself with good and positive minded people, not overthinking about the past, contentment, accepting things you cannot change and focusing on how to make your dreams become reality, do not accept distraction from people and be good to people.
 
Humans are all created to face the ups and downs in life, when things are good, you accept and when it's at the bad side you work on changing it, life is not always about being happy, when you wants positivity in life, you make yourself always happy, surround yourself with good and positive people, be contented with what you have, don't go into competition with anyone, avoid distraction from haters, always be good to people and smile always.
 
Being positive in life is being healthy. There are a lot of ways to stay positive in life and the first thing is to stay away to negative people. Those people want to drag down other people. I consider them very toxic. The next thing also is to look on the brighter side. Each in every morning you wake up, you should think of happy thoughts on that way you can live your life positive.
 
Life has its ups and downs, and we can not completely avoid all negativities. However, we can let the positive vibes outshine the negative. Being positive is about he mindset.fill your thoughts with positive things, and remember to be happy no matter what.
