I think i would go with your second suggestion,because if an employee is well motivated and given the needed encouragement,then the issue of theft will be eliminated totally from the workplace.Effective and strict inventory of goods and materials could help prevent such issues. Employers should also ensure that employees are motivated with the fair compensation that they are receiving.
