So many organizations in my state have been run down by dishonest employees and it's very disheartening especially if you consider the amount of money the owners invested.

how to handle dishonest employees, many of the employees nowadays are dishonest,no matter how you try your best they don't still appreciate it ,I think the best way is to tell them ,but if there refuse to give you a listening is time to let the go.
