I think how a owner can treat dishonest employees is to sac them because if there is any act of business fraud the business will run down

A lot of people might consider this as a wicked decision but personally I don't see it that way because if I am sacking them out of my business I am trying to protect my business because if they continue with such behaviour it is possible that they can run down my business.That is the right thing which anyone can do you need to sack such employee for the safety of your business and for your business to gain more improvement,what do you think if you keep detaining such dishonest employee your business is at risk
There is no other way to undo a dishonest employee other than sacking him or her from the job so that he can go away with it or are dishonest attitude from the business.So many organizations in my state have been run down by dishonest employees and it's very disheartening especially if you consider the amount of money the owners invested.

That is true. Dishonesty should be the least tolerable behaviour in any business. This is because it can easily lead to losses in the business. So it is best to just fire such employees.That's not much of a problem. Dishonesty is not something to be tolerated in any business enterprise, because their will always be someone out there with atleast some degree of honesty. So the best thing is to eliminate such liability from your business
There is no way any kind of business is safe with a dishonest employee. Everything the employee says will be full of doubts and you can't be sure about your account records with such staff.In my opinion the best way is to terminate their appointment because they will always commit such offense
