A bit off today, I had a the worse sleep paralysis I've ever had in my life, I seriously felt like I was suffocating. I've had it a few times in my life, but usually I just can't move my body but this one just felt so real. I started breathing really heavy once I finally snapped out of it. I seriously felt like I was dying which freaks me out, I know sleep paralysis is just like a bad dream but man it was scary.

Same here, I just wish the bigger social media platforms would cease to exist but they're not going anywhere. Except for maybe Twitter since Elon keeps wanting to make users spend money. Anyways I'm a bit tired and cold today but it was a good day. I dressed up as a can of Mountain Dew code red, all my coworkers loved it. xD

One of my friends who wants to get off Facebook suggested I start a forum called “Social Media Refugees” but I think the title is a bit inappropriate and in any case I’m done with building forums.

It's been a lovely day so far. Got to hang out and eat lunch with my dad and brother, the food was so delicious! I've been productive so far for the most part.
